A mix of mythology and methodology, Methology is our 90-day, 12-week private mentorship program built to get to the bottom of how you got here, what’s keeping you stuck, and how we can help you get out of it.

Our goal isn’t to build you up. It’s to deconstruct the person you think you have to be and help you understand what’s underneath — the myth you’ve created about yourself, your patterns, your relationship habits, and your survival programming.

This is not psychotherapy. It’s not coaching either. It’s structured mentorship based on lived experience, focused on helping you understand yourself better, regulate your emotions, make better choices, build healthier relationships, and stop letting your past decide your future.
